1. Scope
The packaging bag quality standards are mainly applicable to paper aluminum-plastic composite films and bags for food packaging, including films and bags made of plastic, aluminum foil and paper, with a thickness of generally less than 0.3mm. These standards do not apply to liquid food packaging films and bags and films and bags that need to be sterilized.
2. Normative reference documents
When formulating packaging bag quality standards, it is necessary to reference a series of relevant national standards and industry standards, such as GB/T 191, GB/T 451.2, GB/T 1037, GB/T 1038, etc. These standards cover packaging storage and transportation graphic signs, quantitative determination of paper and paperboard, and water vapor permeability test methods of plastic films and sheets.
3. Terms, definitions and abbreviations
Clarify the terms and definitions related to packaging bags, such as paper aluminum-plastic composite films and bags refer to films and bags made of more than three materials of paper, aluminum foil and plastic. At the same time, define commonly used abbreviations, such as AL for aluminum foil, BOPP for biaxially oriented polypropylene film, etc.
4. Classification
Packaging bags can be divided into three categories according to material structure, including multi-layer composite films and bags with plastic as direct food contact materials. In addition, they can also be divided into water boiling, semi-high temperature steaming and high temperature steaming according to the use temperature.
