1. Check production information: Check whether the plastic bag has a complete name, graphic logo, material composition, degradation conditions, specifications, load-bearing capacity, and manufacturer information.

2. Check material information: Confirm whether the plastic bag uses biodegradable materials, such as PLA, PBAT, etc.

3. Check implementation standards: Check whether the plastic bag meets national standards, such as GB/T 38082-2019 "Biodegradable Plastic Shopping Bags".

4. Observe the logo: Look for the "double j" logo, which is the logo of biodegradable plastic products, which should include the material, degradation conditions and product standard number of the product.

5. Price comparison: Due to the high production cost, the price of real biodegradable plastic bags is usually more expensive than traditional plastic bags.

6. Avoid misleading: Note that some products on the market may be marked with misleading logos, such as "oxidative degradation" or "photodegradation". These may just be traditional plastics with certain additives added, and cannot be truly completely degraded.

7. Transparency: Degradable plastic bags are usually less transparent, while traditional plastic bags are more transparent.

8. Physical properties: The physical properties of degradable plastic bags, such as heat resistance and strength, may be different from those of traditional plastic bags.

9. Ask the merchant: Ask the merchant for the product's degradation performance test report to confirm its authenticity.

10. Avoid pseudo-degradable products: Some products may only add traditional PE and catalysts, but claim to be biodegradable. Products with abnormally low prices should be suspected.
